I haven't received my order.. What happens next?

Goods from MajesticWears are declared lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days for UK orders and 21 days for International orders. Though it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. Majestic Wears is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.

What is the delivery method used?

All orders are posted First Class Recorded delivery, where a tracking code is issued. Please allow 1-2 business days if you are a UK mainland resident. MajesticWears operate on a 'made to order' basis, so always allow for up to three extra days for creation.

What are the materials?

Most pieces use crystal cup chain and Swarvoski crystals.
